Return is applicable only if the product is damaged supported with images of the damaged item. Please write to dechencollection16@gmail.com for returns with your order id and images of the damaged item. Items can be returned within 7 days from the order date.Once a product is accepted for return, refund is initiated within 5-7 days. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.We do not provide exchange services as our items sell out very fast.
